Easy Creamy Avocado Sauce

Withing 10 minutes, You can have fresh and quick creamy avocado sauce, seasoned with garlic, chili, pepper and fresh lime. You can use this eye catching light green sauce with avocado for any dipping and topping.

Ingredients for Sauce :

  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced|
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

How to Make Creamy Avocado Sauce :

Step One:

Place avocado, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and all other ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings according to your taste.

Step Two:

Place the sauce in a bowl (glass bowl is preferred as can see the amazing green color), serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days. Enjoy!
