Do we really need to wait for the summer to taste a summer drink, Of course, it called ‘Summer Drink ‘, But isn’t it great to have a watermelon slush after a tiring day, This one is non-alcoholic, so anyone can have this mouth-watering slush. Watermelon mixing with fresh mint and lime gives an amazing flavor. And a little bit of honey gives the real sweetness.
Ingredients for this Recipe :
- 6 cup seedless watermelon, cut into small chunks, and frozen
- 2 cup chilled brewed Tazo® Passion® tea – or water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey, preferably local
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 6-8 large ice cubes (optional)
- For Garnish: Sprigs of fresh mint and Small watermelon wedges
How to Make Frozen Watermelon Slush :
Step One:
Add frozen watermelon(small chunks), chilled tea (or water), lime juice, honey, and fresh mint to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until thoroughly combined, approximately 2-3 minutes. Add ice cubes, if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency.
Step Two:
Pour the watermelon mixture into four chilled glasses. Garnish with sprigs of fresh mint and/or watermelon wedges, if using, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Note :
If you like you can use sugar instead of using honey or you can make this recipe without any honey or sugar. You can do all the experiments you would like.
